2019 Health Care Assistance Grant Announcement and Application
During the month of December 2019, For Those Who Would will accept applications for our 3rd round of Health Care Assistance Grants. A one-time grant in the amount of up to $4000 will be awarded to an individual who is in critical need of health care support due to chronic illness or debilitating injuries. The two primary criteria used to select recipients are the fit within the mission of our organization and the impact that the grants will have on the individual’s life. Applications will be accepted through January 1, 2019 on our grant program application site.
This grant program is possible because of the many contributions of our donors, our supporting athletes, and contributing partners. Donations, which help us sustain the grant program can be made here.
